Nordex Group Expands in Türkiye with 90 MW Wind Energy Project
Hamburg, 2 October 2025 - Nordex Group has secured a significant order in Türkiye, marking an expansion in its renewable energy portfolio. The order involves the delivery and installation of 14 N163/6.X turbines with a total capacity of 90 MW, for the R24-Gürün wind energy project. This project is a first for the new client, ADY Akdeniz Rüzgar Enerjisi Üretim A.Ş., and includes a 10-year Premium Service package.
The project is situated in the Gürün district of Sivas and will feature Nordex's Delta4000 turbines configured for cold climates. Nordex continues to lead in the Turkish market, maintaining over 31% market share since 2017.
Ender Ozatay, VP Region Türkiye and Mid East, underscored the importance of this project for the country's energy transition, emphasizing Nordex's commitment to new entrants in the renewable sector.
