Nordex Group Secures 54 MW Orders from Prowind in Germany
The Nordex Group has received orders from Prowind totaling 54.4 MW in Germany. The contract includes eight N175/6.X turbines, accompanied by a 20-year Premium Service maintenance agreement. This ensures optimal performance and high availability throughout their service life.
Nordex will supply six turbines for the Hogenset wind farm and two for the Füchtorf project. These installations, located in Lower Saxony and extending to North Rhine-Westphalia, will be completed on hybrid towers reaching 179 meters by 2027.
The relationship between Nordex and Prowind is longstanding, marked by previous collaborations. Prowind emphasizes innovative, sustainable energy solutions, aiming for high energy yields and long-term investor value. Nordex underscores the growing demand for high-capacity turbines in Germany, reinforcing their partnership with experienced developers like Prowind.
