Nordex Group Secures 56 MW Wind Farm Order from Qualitas Energy
The Nordex Group has received a significant order from Qualitas Energy Deutschland for a 56 MW wind farm in Germany. The project, named Wippershainer Höhe, involves the delivery and installation of eight N163/6.X turbines, each mounted on 164-meter hybrid towers. The order also includes a 20-year service agreement to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the turbines.
Located near Bad Hersfeld in Hesse, the wind farm's first turbine installation is scheduled for summer 2027, with commissioning by the year's end. The project is a part of Qualitas Energy’s broader 3 GW portfolio consisting of over 100 projects within Germany. This development underscores the strong collaboration between these companies, emphasizing the importance of high-performance technology in advancing the energy transition.
