Nordex Group Secures Significant Service Contracts in 2024

In 2024, Nordex Group signed service agreements for 227 new wind energy projects, adding 8,500 MW globally. These long-term Premium Service contracts cover over 1,500 turbines. Additionally, existing contracts for 800 turbines totaling 2,150 MW were extended, marking a renewal rate exceeding 85%.

For the fourth year, the company achieved top satisfaction ratings in the German Wind Energy Association (BWE) service survey, scoring 2.09 out of 6, an improvement from 2.35 in 2023. The survey assessed 407 turbines, with improved marks in service quality and team accessibility.

Volker Bartolles, Director of Service Germany, highlighted the importance of client feedback from the survey, emphasizing its role in shaping future strategies. This reflects a growing engagement and satisfaction among clients.
