Birgit Seeger Appointed CEO of NORMA Group
Maintal, Germany, August 4, 2025 – Birgit Seeger will assume the role of CEO at NORMA Group effective November 1, 2025. The Supervisory Board appointed her as the future Chair of the Management Board, as current interim CEO Mark Wilhelms returns to the Supervisory Board.
Kerstin Müller-Kirchhofs, Chair of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Seeger's industry expertise and leadership skills to advance NORMA Group's transformation efforts. Seeger brings extensive management experience from her current role at Robert Bosch GmbH and board membership at Konecranes Oyj.
Seeger is focused on leading NORMA Group's transformation and fostering trust among stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth. Mark Wilhelms is recognized for his contributions during his interim CEO tenure.
