North Peak Resources Announces Board Changes

North Peak Resources Ltd. has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Brian Hinchcliffe, a founding member, is stepping down from his role as Executive Chairman to focus on other ventures, including Legacy Gold Mines Ltd. Despite his departure, Hinchcliffe will continue to advise North Peak.

Michael Ouellete, Principal/Managing Director of a US-based multi-family office, has been appointed as an Independent Director. Ouellete brings over two decades of industry experience, having served as a director for private and public investments. His educational background includes a Business Management degree from the University of Maine and a Master's in Public Policy from the Muskie School of Public Policy.

CEO Rupert Williams praised Hinchcliffe's contributions and welcomed Ouellete's financial expertise. This change marks a new chapter as the company continues its exploration and development activities.
