Novacyt appoints Singer Capital Markets as co-dealer
On September 15, 2025, international molecular diagnostics company Novacyt SA announced the appointment of Singer Capital Markets as co-dealer. This appointment is effective immediately. Singer Capital Markets will work alongside SP Angel, which already serves as Novacyt’s appointed advisor and co-dealer.
The collaboration with these two entities aims to strengthen the financial and stock market operations of Novacyt, a company listed on Euronext Growth in Paris and AIM in London. With this move, Novacyt underlines its commitment to optimizing its activities on the stock markets and improving its visibility among investors.
