Novacyt: Organization of the 2026 General Assembly
Novacyt Group, a specialist in molecular diagnostics, has announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at the Hilton Hotel at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Shareholders are invited to vote in advance through several options, including an online portal and by mail.
To reach the required quorum, participation of at least 20% of voting rights is necessary for ordinary resolutions, and 25% for extraordinary resolutions. Participants must provide proof of their shareholding by June 23, 2026.
A webinar in English with French subtitles will be available for investors on the day of the Annual General Meeting. Novacyt is thus continuing to inform and engage its shareholders, ensuring transparency in its operations.
