2025 General Meeting: Voting Results at NR21
On June 5, 2025, the NR21 Combined General Meeting was held in Paris under the chairmanship of Eric Dumas. The quorum reached 96.7% with 71,207 shares represented. All resolutions were adopted at this meeting.
Shareholders approved the 2024 financial statements, decided to defer the results, and validated the compensation policy for 2025. Christian de Gournay and Jacques Nicolet's terms on the Supervisory Board were renewed for two years. Isabelle Rossignol was appointed as an independent member for four years, and Alta Patimoine joined the board for three years.
