NRJ Group: Details of the Number of Voting Rights as of May 31, 2026

NRJ Group has published information regarding the composition of its share capital as of May 31, 2026. The total number of shares amounts to 78,107,621. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number is 144,328,667, while the exercisable voting rights are 143,646,052. This calculation includes all shares, even those whose voting rights are suspended.

Furthermore, NRJ Group has incorporated a clause into its articles of association requiring the declaration of any crossing of shareholding thresholds. This obligation is in addition to the legal thresholds defined by French law. NRJ Group shares are listed on Euronext Paris, segment B.
