NuRAN Wireless Announces $15 Million Private Placement and Operational Updates

NuRAN Wireless Inc., a provider of mobile and broadband solutions, has unveiled plans to raise up to $15 million through a private placement. The funds aim to bolster business growth and general capital requirements. Each offering unit, priced at $3.66, includes one common share and a warrant, with the latter exercisable at $4.30 for five years.

Proceeds from the offering will support business expansion. Meanwhile, NuRAN has successfully launched its first towers in Ivory Coast, expanding its presence in sub-Saharan Africa. The company has also begun deploying 3G technology in Cameroon to enhance network capacity.
