This engagement, starting on August 24, 2026, includes tasks like market research and strategic audience analysis. King Tide will receive a US$75,000 cash fee for a one-month term, with no stock options involved.
James Filippone from King Tide will lead the project, leveraging his experience in media and investor relations. King Tide has no prior ties with NuRAN, ensuring an impartial collaboration. They are required to disclose their compensation per U.S. and Canadian securities laws.
NuRAN aims to enhance its market visibility and strengthen investor communications through this engagement, complying with the Canadian Securities Exchange and Nasdaq Capital Market regulations.
