MCAPM Increases Stake in NXT Energy Solutions Through Private Placement

MCAPM, LP has announced the acquisition of 7,050,500 common shares of NXT Energy Solutions Inc. This transaction was conducted via a non-brokered private placement at CAD$0.40 per share, amounting to a total investment of CAD$2,820,200.

Prior to this acquisition, MCAPM held a 27.94% stake in NXT. Post-transaction, their ownership has increased to 32.30% of the company’s issued and outstanding shares. The details have been outlined in an Early Warning Report filed under Canadian securities regulations.

MCAPM states that the purchase is for investment purposes and future actions will depend on market conditions and other factors. There are no immediate plans for further acquisition or disposition of shares at this time.

The transaction was finalized on November 24, 2025, with corporate addresses listed for both NXT and MCAPM in Calgary, Alberta and Healdsburg, California, respectively.
