Marvin Singer, who retired from law practice in 2019, holds a significant track record as a corporate consultant. He has been involved in various legal and corporate governance roles, marking his career with significant expertise in acquisitions, mergers, and corporate reorganizations. He also holds a LL.B. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada.
