Half-yearly report on the Obiz liquidity contract as of December 31, 2024
As of December 31, 2024, under the liquidity contract entrusted to the Gilbert Dupont Brokerage Company, Obiz had 24,760 shares and a cash balance of €111,959.55. During the second half of 2024, 36,070 shares were purchased for an amount of €195,906.99, spread over 711 transactions. At the same time, 36,283 shares were sold for a total of €192,631.07, through 585 transactions.
In comparison, on the balance sheet of June 28, 2024, Obiz reported 24,973 shares and a cash balance of €115,235.47. At the origin of the establishment of the contract, the available means included a cash balance of €250,000.00 and no shares in the account.
