ODIOT S.A. Reports Financial Performance for H1 2026

Paris-based ODIOT S.A. unveiled its financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company reported a significant revenue increase of 33.86%, amounting to €423k compared to €316k during the same period in 2025. However, the operating loss widened slightly by 9.51%, reaching €691k. The consolidated net loss notably increased to €869k from €286k in the previous year.

Despite the increase in revenue, the financial strain is apparent as net loss attributable to the Group escalated to €810k, compared to a loss of €206k in 2025. The rise in losses can be traced back to higher staff costs after recruiting three full-time employees and increased expenditure in communications.

Encouragingly, by 30 June 2026, net cash improved to €117k from a negative €71k the previous year. This progress is partly attributed to a capital increase of €2,106k in February 2026. Subsequent capital increases and business activities, such as entering exclusive negotiations to acquire Lapparra Orfèvre Argentier, highlight ODIOT's strategy for growth.
