ODIOT SA: Results of the general meeting and capital increase
On July 13, 2026, the combined general meeting of ODIOT SA was held in Paris, chaired by Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat. Shareholders present represented 35.69% of the shares. All proposed resolutions were adopted, including the transfer of the company to Euronext Growth Paris and the amendment to the age limit for directors.
ODIOT SA also announced the success of its capital increase, raising €1,141,240 with the addition of seven new investors. The funds will be used to repay bank and creditor debts, finance equipment upgrades, and facilitate the company's listing on the Euronext Growth market. Following this transaction, the share capital will reach €303,853.
