OENEO Prepares its General Meeting of July 24, 2025
OENEO announces that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on July 24, 2025, in Cognac. Shareholders are invited to attend at Château Pellisson. The agenda and resolutions to be voted on are already included in the BALO of June 18, 2025. These documents are available at www.oeneo.com.
Shareholders can vote directly, provide a proxy, or use online voting via VOTACCESS, which is active from July 7 to 23, 2025. It is advisable to submit voting instructions in advance to avoid website congestion. Questions can be submitted in writing before July 18, 2025.
The company also facilitates remote participation in the meeting. The terms and conditions for accessing this option are described and require a prior request by email with some supporting documents.
