Oeneo: Transactions in own shares from April 6 to 10, 2026

The Oeneo Group announced its recent share buyback transactions. Several transactions took place between April 6 and 10, 2026. On April 8, on the AQEU market, Oeneo repurchased 24 shares at an average price of €9.40. On the same day, on the CEUX market, 142 shares were purchased. A total of 114 shares were acquired on the TQEX market, also at an average price of €9.40. Finally, 289 shares were repurchased on XPAR at an average price of €9.39.

On April 9, Oeneo acquired 18 shares at €9.42 on XPAR. On April 10, 90 shares were repurchased at the same price. These transactions are part of a strategy to strengthen the company's capital and support its equity program.
