OENEO's own share transactions

OENEO announced its share buyback transactions carried out between July 27 and 31, 2026. These transactions are part of its share buyback program. Each day, the share purchases took place on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR). The highest volume was recorded on July 28, with 378 shares acquired at an average price of €9.01. The buyback program continued to grow in subsequent days with smaller volumes: 20 shares were purchased on July 29, 14 on July 30, and 18 on July 31, at prices around €9.20. These transactions demonstrate the company's commitment to its share buyback strategy.
