O'KEY Group Announces 2025 Financial Results
O'KEY Group S.A. has disclosed its audited financial results for 2025. The Group reports a 10.3% year-on-year revenue increase, reaching RUB 80.0 billion. This growth is attributed to a 7.9% like-for-like retail revenue rise and a 3.4% expansion in DA! discounters' selling area. EBITDA grew by 12.5% to RUB 7.9 billion, with the margin improving to 9.9% due to reduced operating expenses and a larger share of DA! stores.
Net profit from continuing operations soared by 29.4% to RUB 2 billion. Overall net profit reached RUB 14.3 billion. In 2025, O'KEY launched 8 new DA! stores, resulting in a total of 232 discounters. Notably, the Group finalized the sale of its hypermarket division in November 2025.
O'KEY's shareholders approved redomicile from Luxembourg to Russia's Kaliningrad Region in March 2025. Moreover, an April 2026 decision endorsed the delisting of GDRs from AIX, continuing trading on the Moscow Exchange thereafter.
