O'KEY Group S.A. Withdraws from AIX Listing

O'KEY Group S.A., a key player in the Russian retail market, has finalized its voluntary exclusion from the Astana International Exchange (AIX) official list. Effective from May 13, 2026, the group's global depositary receipts (GDRs) will no longer be available on AIX. The GDRs will continue to trade on the Moscow Exchange, maintaining their presence in Russia. O'KEY Group emphasizes that all published materials remain accessible on their website.

The decision to delist aims to streamline the group’s financial activities. O'KEY Group operates 232 “DA!” discount stores and has seen significant growth since their first launch in 2015. In 2025, the company reported revenues of 80 billion rubles and an EBITDA of 7.9 billion rubles. The company's dynamic shareholder structure includes significant stakes by NISEMAX Co Ltd and GSU Ltd.
