Changes in Eagle Football Group's Board of Directors
On September 3, 2026, Eagle Football Group's Board of Directors announced the resignation of three members: Jean-Pierre Conte as of June 26, 2026, and Sharad Tehranchi and Deborah Andrews effective immediately. The new Board includes Michelle Kang as Chair and CEO, along with independent directors Gilbert Saada, Nathalie Dechy, and Victoria Westcott. The current Board is believed to have the necessary skills for effective operation.
The Audit Committee remains the same, composed of Chair Gilbert Saada, Nathalie Dechy, and Victoria Westcott. However, the Nominations and Compensation Committee has been restructured with Victoria Westcott as Chair, supported by Nathalie Dechy and Gilbert Saada.
