Financial agreement between Olympique Lyonnais and UEFA

Olympique Lyonnais has reached a four-year settlement agreement with UEFA's Club Financial Control Body, covering the 2025/26 to 2028/29 seasons. This agreement allows the club to consider participating in the Europa League, subject to the final decision of the DNCG. The agreement includes a fixed penalty of €12.5 million, with conditional penalties of up to €37.5 million. Failure to meet its financial commitments could result in OL being banned from European competitions. The agreement may end earlier if financial targets are met before 2028.
