Situation of Olympique Lyonnais and its shareholder Eagle Bidco

Olympique Lyonnais Groupe has published an update on the situation of Eagle Football Holdings Bidco, its majority shareholder, which is now under administration due to financial difficulties. OL's internal management remains unchanged, however, with no immediate impact on its operations or contracts.

In parallel, the club is postponing the publication of its half-year accounts for December 2025, due to the situation at Eagle Bidco and the delay in the closing process. The aim is to finalize these financial statements quickly.

For the first half of 2025/2026, OL recorded a 3% increase in operating revenue compared to the previous year, with total revenues of 121.3 million euros, despite a notable decrease in TV rights and event activity.
