Minutes of the General Meeting of Omer-Decugis & Cie
Omer-Decugis & Cie held its Annual General Meeting on March 12, 2026, in Rungis, under the chairmanship of Vincent Omer-Decugis. A quorum of 87.62% of the shares with voting rights was reached, representing 92.56% of the voting rights. All resolutions were adopted, including the payment of a dividend of €0.18 per share for the 2024/25 financial year. The ex-dividend date and payment are scheduled for April 2026.
The Assembly also approved the co-option of Youssouf CAMARA as an independent director, bringing the number of independent directors to 50%, in accordance with Middlenext recommendations.
Omer-Decugis plans to publish its revenue for the first half of 2025/26 on May 5, 2026.
