Minutes of the General Meeting of Omer-Decugis & Cie: Dividend Approved

On March 10, 2025, Omer-Decugis & Cie, a specialist in exotic fruits and vegetables, announced the results of its General Meeting held in Rungis. With 86.46% of the shares represented, all the resolutions presented received broad approval. In particular, the Meeting validated the payment of a dividend of €0.08 per share for the 2023/24 financial year. The dividend is scheduled to be detached on April 14, 2025, and to be paid on April 16, 2025.

The Group also communicated its financial publication schedule. The accounts for the first half of 2024/25 will be published on May 13, 2025, followed by the half-year results and third quarter turnover on July 21, 2025, and the annual turnover on November 3, 2025.
