Omer-Decugis & Cie recorded significant growth for the 2024/25 fiscal year, with revenue up 15.3% to €284.8 million. EBITDA increased by 77% to €11.9 million, while net income more than doubled to €6.3 million. The group successfully reduced its net debt while maintaining a strong commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

The start of the 2025/26 financial year confirms this momentum, with revenue growth of 19.4%. Strategic priorities for 2030 aim to nearly double revenue by strengthening the value chain, developing logistics capabilities, and innovating in the fresh-cut segment.
