Zentra Group Extends £500,000 Unsecured Loan

Zentra Group PLC, a Manchester-based residential developer, has announced a 12-month extension of a £500,000 unsecured loan. Originally secured in March 2024, the loan had an interest rate of 8% per annum. Following the extension, the interest rate has been reduced to 6%, effective from 15 March 2025.

This financial decision supports Zentra's development strategy, allowing the company to continue allocating capital efficiently as it advances its key projects. The improved interest rate provides Zentra with enhanced financial flexibility. This move follows the company's previous repayment of a £1.5 million unsecured corporate bond.
