Zentra Group Plc, a residential property developer based in Manchester, has reported the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting. All proposed resolutions were passed overwhelmingly by shareholders. This included the re-appointment of key directors David Izett, Jeremy Earnshaw, and Jason Upton, each receiving 99.96% support.

Additionally, the meeting authorized the directors to allot shares and call a general meeting on 14 days' notice, demonstrating confidence in the current leadership. These approvals came with the same high level of support, reflecting strong shareholder alignment.
