Zentra Group plc Enhances Board Structure Amid Governance Reforms

Zentra Group plc, a Manchester-based company active in residential development and property management, has announced a significant board appointment. Jason Upton, already a director at Zentra, joins the board of GKU Holdings (UK) Limited. This move follows GKU's acquisition of Zentra's shares from One Heritage Property Development Limited in March 2026.

In an effort to maintain operational independence despite the new ownership structure, Zentra has established a Relationship Agreement with GKU. As part of this agreement, Upton will abstain from board discussions at Zentra should any conflicts of interest arise due to his new role at GKU.
