Zentra Group Plc Extends Loan Facility for New Islington Development
Zentra Group PLC, a residential developer and manager based in Manchester, has announced an extension to its secured loan facility. This extension concerns its New Islington development, shifting the maturity date from 9 July 2026 to 9 January 2027. All major commercial terms of the facility remain unchanged.
Throughout 2026, Zentra has progressed in the tender process for its build contract. It has also advanced design development options through pre-application engagement. These efforts aim to enhance the scheme’s quality and increase residential accommodation within the current structure.
The extension grants Zentra added flexibility to continue with design development and procurement for New Islington. The company aims to transition the project into the construction phase by the first quarter of 2027.
