Zentra Group PLC Reports on Key Developments in Trading Update

Zentra Group PLC, a Manchester-based residential developer, has announced the completion of the land disposal at Seaton House, Stockport. The transaction generated net proceeds of £0.4 million, resulting in a total consideration of £1.0 million for the entire development. A loss of £140,000 will be recognized after selling costs. These funds will support development activities and general working capital.

At One Victoria in Manchester, Zentra is making strides in construction and sales. The development, consisting of 129 residential apartments and three commercial units, sees its completion date shifted to the second quarter of 2026 due to contractor disruptions. Sales have improved with 72 contracts exchanged and four additional units reserved.

The company's audited Annual Report for FY25 is set to be published in late December 2025.
