Zentra Group Progresses with One Victoria Project through New Contractor Partnership

Zentra Group plc, a Manchester-based residential developer, has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with AC1 Construction Limited. This development is part of the One Victoria project in Manchester. The LOI allows AC1 to assume control of the site and start initial construction tasks while the final contract details are being agreed upon.

The partnership with AC1 involves collaboration with the secured finance provider and other professionals to finalize the project's scope, cost, and timeline. Zentra expects to complete the project in the fourth quarter of 2026.
