ONWARD Medical N.V., a leader in neurotechnology, announced the completion of its private placement with institutional investors, securing EUR 40.6 million. The company specializes in developing therapies to aid mobility for those with spinal cord injuries and other movement disabilities. The newly issued shares are now available for trading on Euronext Brussels, Amsterdam, and Paris.

This move marks a significant step for ONWARD Medical, enhancing its financial position and aiding in future developments of its ARC Therapy technologies. This includes current projects like the ARC-EX® system, cleared for sales in the US and Europe, and the investigational ARC-IM® implantable system.
