BlackRock, Inc. announced that it has crossed the 5% threshold in the capital of ORANGE. This information was received by mail on March 21, 2025, indicating that, as of March 20, BlackRock held 139,990,618 shares, representing 5.26% of the capital. This corresponds to 4.41% of the company's voting rights.
This crossing results from the acquisition of ORANGE shares on and off the market, as well as the increase in shares held as collateral. This declaration is made under the responsibility of BlackRock, without prior verification by the AMF. The manager exercises voting rights, unless clients wish to retain them.
