Discussions are underway between Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad and Orange regarding an acquisition
The consortium comprising Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad, and Orange has confirmed that discussions are underway to acquire a significant portion of Altice Group's telecom business in France. Due diligence has been ongoing since early January 2026. However, no financial or legal agreement has yet been reached.
While this process offers no guarantee that an agreement will be reached, any potential agreement will require the approval of the governing bodies of the companies involved. Standard conditions will also need to be met. An update will be provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
