Ordissimo launches a capital increase for its strategic transformation

Ordissimo SA, listed under the ticker ALORD, announces the launch of a €1.41 million capital increase. This 100% guaranteed transaction uses preferential subscription rights. The objective is to finance its transformation strategy towards a hybrid company, combining products, services, and recurring revenues. Subscriptions will be open from May 23 to June 26, 2025, with a unit price of €0.57 per share.

This ambitious plan calls for the company to evolve into four business areas: Simplified Technology, Distribution, Financial Services, and IT Services. The latter, the cornerstone of the transformation project, will be strengthened by an acquisition planned for this summer. By 2028, Ordissimo aims for 50% of its revenue to come from recurring income, with a targeted EBITDA margin of €3 million.
