Ordissimo SA: 2025 Half-Year Results Down

Ordissimo SA presented its 2025 half-year results, marked by a 27.4% decrease in revenue, reaching €1,283,000. The Pix-Star subsidiary in the United States experienced a 20% decline in digital frame sales, impacted by supply issues. The "Silver Technologies" business also saw a decline due to stock shortages. However, the Must World business recorded a slight increase of 2.4%.

Despite these challenges, Ordissimo improved its EBITDA to €36,000, compared to a loss of €167,000 the previous year, primarily due to reduced operating expenses. The operating result remains negative at -€165,000, although lower than last year.

For the second half of the year, the company anticipates an improvement thanks to the release of new products and a first strategic acquisition, aiming for an EBIT of 3 million euros by 2028.
