Ordissimo SA: Financial Performance and Outlook 2026
In 2025, Ordissimo SA recorded a 16.8% increase in revenue, reaching €3.68 million, driven primarily by the strong growth of its American subsidiary SPH Digital and its Pix-Star brand (+139.4%). However, business in Europe declined by 29.7%.
EBITDA reached €202,000, marking a significant improvement compared to the previous year. The company also reduced its net loss by 36%, to €247,000. The acquisition of R-Cost was financed by a €1.5 million bond issue.
In 2026, Ordissimo is focusing on consolidating Pix-Star in the United States and developing recurring services in Europe, particularly with Club Ordissimo and the Exclusive Mobile offer. The integration of R-Cost is expected to generate substantial savings.
