Ordissimo SA obtains €3.3 million in funding for its strategic projects
Ordissimo, a company specializing in technology solutions for seniors, has secured a total of €3.3 million in financing to support its strategic transformation and external growth projects. This amount includes a €1.5 million bond tranche and €1.8 million in bank financing, guaranteed by Bpifrance. This financing will facilitate a first acquisition planned for November.
Ordissimo aims to accelerate the growth of its legacy products, with a particular focus on its new Pix-Star range, and establish an IT Services division. The bond issue could raise up to €6 million to support other projects, with the goal of generating €3 million in EBIT by 2028.
