Ordissimo secures €500,000 in bond financing

Ordissimo, a company specializing in technologies for seniors, has secured an initial tranche of non-dilutive bond financing of €500,000. This amount, subscribed by professional investors, is structured into three-year bonds. This transaction is part of a growth strategy without diluting capital.

Ordissimo is pursuing a transformation focused on three areas: strengthening its historical activities, restoring profitability, and structuring a new IT Services division. Two acquisition targets have been identified, with an estimated EBIT of €1 million. Fundraising could reach €3 million to support external growth projects.
