Organto Foods Announces Cease Trade Order Revocation
Organto Foods Inc. has announced the revocation of a Failure to File Cease Trade Order (FFCTO) by the British Columbia Securities Commission, effective January 2, 2025. The order, initially issued on July 16, 2024, halted trading of Organto's securities in Canada due to missing financial filings for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and the interim period ending March 31, 2024.
The filings, submitted in October 2024, are now available on SEDAR+. The company aims to reinstate trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and has already applied to commence the process. This step marks progress as Organto continues focusing on its commitment to sustainability and transparency.
