Organto Foods Inc. Announces Early Warrant Exercise Incentive
Organto Foods Inc., based in Vancouver and Breda, intends to launch an early exercise incentive program for 8,000,000 warrants, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. These warrants, initially issued in September 2025, allow holders to buy common shares at C$0.75 each until March 2027.
The proposed program offers one additional warrant for every three exercised during a 30-day period. Newly issued incentive warrants will permit the purchase of a common share at C$1.00. If fully exercised, up to 2,666,666 new warrants could generate C$6 million in gross proceeds.
The initiative aims to encourage early warrant exercise within the specified period. Issuance remains subject to TSXV acceptance, with no guarantee of implementation as proposed.
