Organto Foods Inc. Engages VSA Capital and VLP for Market Expansion
Organto Foods Inc. has announced its collaboration with VSA Capital Limited and Venture Liquidity Partners Ltd. VSA Capital, an investment banking firm based in London, will provide marketing services to enhance market awareness through video interviews and podcast content. This engagement is set for an initial term until March 2027, with an annual fee of GBP 7,000, adjustable upon annual review. VSA Capital holds no securities in Organto Foods.
Venture Liquidity Partners, based in Toronto, will offer market-making services via W.D. Latimer Co. Ltd. The agreement, starting April 2026, involves a monthly fee of $5,000, initially for three months and renewable monthly thereafter. Organto confirms that neither firm holds an interest in the company, ensuring arm's length transactions.
Both agreements are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Organto Foods aims to improve investor engagement and market presence through these partnerships.
