Orogen Royalties Sells Los Coyotes Project to Fresnillo

Orogen Royalties Inc., a company listed on TSX.V and OTC, announced the sale of its Los Coyotes silver-gold project in Sonora, Mexico, to Fresnillo plc. The agreement allows Fresnillo to acquire 100% interest in the project for an upfront payment of US$118,000 and US$1 million once commercial production begins. Orogen retains a 1% net smelter return royalty.

CEO Paddy Nicol highlighted Los Coyotes' potential as an undrilled silver-gold-rich project. Located in the Laramide porphyry copper belt, the property covers over 600 hectares. Multiple mineralized structures have been identified but remain untested through drilling. Historical channel sampling showed promising results with significant gold and silver grades.
