Finalization of the merger of OSMOSUN with Unibios and new governance

On July 22, 2025, OSMOSUN announced the completion of its merger with Unibios Holdings SA, a listed Greek company, through a capital increase through a contribution in kind. OSMOSUN is thus acquiring shares in Watera International SA, representing 30.06% of its share capital. This agreement, Maxime Haudebourg emphasizes, will expand OSMOSUN's scope of action to include water treatment.

At the same time, OSMOSUN's Board of Directors has made changes, with the appointment of Antonios Svoronos and Orfeas Mavrikios as new directors. This adjustment is the result of the investment based on the agreement reached on May 22, 2025. Thus, the new governance aims to leverage the synergies between OSMOSUN and Watera to seize growing opportunities in the global water treatment market.
