Name Change and Strengthening of Governance for the WATERA Company
OSMOSUN is changing its name to WATERA, a decisive step in its collaboration with Unibios, a Greek company specializing in water treatment. This change, approved at the general meeting on March 11, 2026, is accompanied by the appointment of three new directors. The company plans to strengthen its governance through the diverse expertise of the new members: Vasiliki Niatsou, a corporate law expert; Vassilis Pavlopoulos, specializing in administrative law; and Maxime Therrillion, who has been with the company since 2016.
Maxime Haudebourg will provide technical and strategic support. These appointments aim to optimize the group's growth in the water sector.
