Provision of documents for the OSMOSUN General Assembly

OSMOSUN will hold its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on March 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at its registered office in Gellainville. The agenda and proposed resolutions were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on February 4 and 23, 2026. Shareholders have access to the preparatory documents at the company's registered office or on its website. They may also request that these documents be sent by mail or email, in accordance with Articles R.225-81 and R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code.

Furthermore, the financial publication calendar proposes the annual results for 2025 on April 30, 2026 and the half-year results for 2026 on September 30, 2026. These announcements will be made after the close of the Stock Exchange.
