Ossiam US Equity Factors Screened UCITS ETF Announces Closure

Ossiam US ESG Low Carbon Equity Factors UCITS ETF, along with several other funds under Ossiam IRL ICAV, will be closed by November 21, 2025, due to low net asset value (NAV) levels. The closure decision follows the inability of the funds to reach a sustainable NAV threshold of EUR20 million, with current valuations significantly below this level as of mid-September 2025.

All trading and new subscriptions have been ceased, and shares will be delisted from stock exchanges like the London Stock Exchange and Deutsche Boerse by November 18, 2025. Shareholders may redeem their shares without charge until November 19, 2025, and obligatory redemption will occur on the closure date. Excess costs from the closure process will be covered by the fund manager, Ossiam.
